Refund policy
If for some reason the goods you ordered are faulty upon arrival, you need to email within 48 hours of receiving the goods.Please email pameladean@bigpond.com with a photograph of the faulty product.
We will endeavour to repair or replace the damaged item as quickly as possible and pay for return freight.It should be noted that because all our jewellery is handmade in small runs your piece may not be available.If we cannot provide a replacement item you are happy with, we will gladly refund the amount on the purchase receipt to the charge used in your transaction.
